Following the full and final redemption of all the outstanding Sixth Issuer Redemption Notes issued by Mound Financing (No. 6) PLC (the Sixth Issuer) on 8 May 2012, the Sixth Issuer has requested the UK Listing Authority to cancel the listing of the Sixth Issuer RedemptionNotes on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority with effect as of the date hereof and also notified the London Stock Exchange plc that it wishes to cancel the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange of the Sixth Issuer Redemption Notes with effect as of the date hereof.
