The Board of Chester Asset Receivables Dealings No 7 Limited announces that
Alastair Stables has resigned from the Company with effect from 13 August 1999. 
Alastair Stables was both a Director of the Company and the Company Secretary.

Duncan Akin has replaced Alastair Stables as Director of the Company with effect
from 13 August 1999.  Kevin Dobson has replaced Alastair Stables as Company
Secretary with effect from 13 August 1999.
