Notice is given that #21,320,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds have
been purchased on behalf of the Company through Friday 8 November 2002 and are
to be cancelled pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof.

Following cancellation, #500,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds will
be outstanding.
