2023 Annual Accounts Timetable Update

Agriterra Limited, the AIM-quoted African agricultural company, provides the following update on its 2023 Annual Accounts Timetable:

The Company now expects to report its 2023 Annual Results for the year ended 31 March 2023 in the course of November 2023. The continued delay in publishing the 2023 Annual Results is due to the impact of the recent restructuring of operations in Mozambique on the provision of certain audit information to the Company's auditors in accordance with previously agreed timetables.
