                 All IPO expands offering with first secondary

                           placing on www.allipo.com

The All IPO website (LSE:ALP) has made its first secondary placing product
available to private investors on its online IPO platform.



The site (www.allipo.com), which has offered a steady stream of investment
opportunities for the retail investor via the World Wide Web including: IPOs,

placings.



Amur Minerals plc, an AIM-listed mining company seeking to raise up to #1.7m, is
