  City super mum's #250 million 'fund of funds' available to private investors

  - full prospectus for Bramdean Alternatives Limited offered to the public -


All IPO (LSE:ALP) is enabling investors to apply online for the Bramdean
Alternatives Limited IPO - a #250 million alternative investment fund.

The fund, launched by 'City super mum' Nicola Horlick, will invest in a variety
of alternative investment vehicles such as private equity, real estate,
renewable energy and hedge funds; investments that are not readily available to
the private investor. The company will be floating on the main market of the
London Stock Exchange.

The prospectus is now available on the All IPO website (www.allipo.com) and
investors can place orders for subscription and pay online from Thursday 14th of
June. Applications must be received by 3pm on Friday 29th of June. The minimum
subscription is #1000.
