    Publication of Final Terms

    The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

    *     Final Terms dated 11 September 2008 relating to the issue by the Issuer of EUR 750,000,000 7.25 per cent. Notes due 15 September
2014 (the "Euro Tranche") pursuant to the EUR10,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme of the Issuer (the "Programme"); and
    *     Final Terms dated 11 September 2008 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by the Issuer of GBP 600,000,000 8.125 per cent.
Notes due 15 March 2024 (the "Sterling Tranche") pursuant to the Programme.

    The applicable Final Terms related to the Euro Tranche and the Sterling Tranche (such Tranches together, the "Notes") contain the final
terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 28 July 2008 relating to the Programme. 

    The Prospectus constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC. Full information on the Issuer,
Imperial Tobacco Group PLC (as guarantor of the Notes) and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the
Prospectus and the Final Terms.
