Change of Name

Following the Results of the Scheme and Issue of New Shares announcement on 29 November 2024 in relation to the proposed combination with Artemis Alpha Trust plc, the Board is pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name to Aurora UK Alpha plc.

The Company's trading instrument display mnemonic ("ARR"), ISIN, LEI and SEDOL numbers will remain unchanged.

It is expected that the Company's shares will trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 5 December 2024.

The Company's website address will be amended to reflect the change of name and will be available at www.auroraukalpha.com from 4 December 2024.

Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid.  Any new share certificates issued will bear the name Aurora UK Alpha plc.
