Hollywood Bowl Group plc announces
that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct
Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for an
increase to the Company's existing block listing for a total of
500,000 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (the "New
Shares") to be admitted to the Premium Segment of the Official List
of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE
The New Shares are to be
