distributor, announces that it has been informed that on 12
August 2024, Paul Hamilton, Managing Director
within the Distribution Division, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares
of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each
at a price of 69 pence per Ordinary
Share.
Following this sale, Paul Hamilton
is beneficially interested in 19,007,298 Ordinary Shares in the
Group representing 5.93% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
