                                 Trading Update



Further to the announcement of 5 July 2007, the directors of Creative Education
Corporation Plc ("Company") announce that they have secured further short term
financing from their existing commercial lenders to enable the Company to
continue negotiations to reduce its current debt and secure its long term
viability.



The Company expects to be able to announce the outcome of these negotiations
during the week commencing 6 August 2007.
