                           INCREASED OFFER BY PALMARY






Consolidated Minerals Limited (ASX: CSM, AIM: CNM, FSE: CMN) advises that
Palmary Enterprises (Australia) Pty Limited ("Palmary") has today increased its
unconditional cash offer for CSM shares from $4.70 per CSM share to $5.00 per
CSM share.



Palmary has also extended the Offer period from 7.00pm (Melbourne time) on 7
December 2007 to 7.00pm (Melbourne time) on 20 December 2007.



Palmary has advised that Pallinghurst Resources Australia Limited has indicated
that it intends to accept Palmary's increased offer for all its current holdings
of CSM shares.
