Consolidated Minerals Limited (ASX:CSM, AIM:CNM, FSE:CMN) advises that, further
to its announcement of 15 January 2008 relating to compulsory acquisition of the
Company's shares, London Stock Exchange has confirmed that cancellation of the
Company's AIM admission will take effect from 7:00am on 12 February 2008.
