    Changes in interest of Significant Shareholder

    On 12 December 2008, the Company was informed that Huxley Projects Inc. completed the acquisition of Winsdom Vision Limited on 18
October 2008. 
As a result, Huxley Projects Inc. now owns all the issued share capital of Winsdom Vision Limited, which in turn holds a total of 60,823,663
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 13.02 percent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
