Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 23 June 2005 it allotted and issued 2,206,257 new
Ordinary Shares of 1p each at 100p per share and 7,296,381 new B Shares of 1p
each under the offer for subscription.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company comprises
10,944,571 Ordinary Shares and 7,296,381 B Shares.

Dealings in the shares are expected to commence on 29 June 2005.
