                       Interim Dividend Calendar for 2010 
 
 
Dealogic (Holdings) plc, the provider of a platform for investment banking and 
capital markets professionals globally, is pleased to announce that the interim 
dividend for 2010 will be 2.0 pence per share. 
 
The interim dividend will be paid on 1 November 2010 (Payment Date) to ordinary 
shareholders on the register on 8 October 2010 (Record Date). The 'Ex Dividend 
Date' will be 6 October 2010.
