"discoverIE", the "Group" or the "Company"), a leading
international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics
to industry, announces that, on 19 March 2024, Bruce Thompson,
Non-Executive Chairman, acquired a total of 4,000 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average
price of £6.72.
Following this purchase, Bruce
Thompson is interested in 49,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.05% of the Company's voting share
capital.
