international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics
to industry, announces that, pursuant to
Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), it has been informed that Rosalind
Kainyah, Non-Executive Director, has been proposed for appointment
as a Non-Executive Director of EnQuest plc, an independent energy
company quoted on the London Stock Exchange, at the EnQuest Annual
General Meeting on 30 May 2024.
