Disclosure of shareholding

The Company announces that it has received a notification on 5 May 2008 that Charlemagne Capital (IOM)
Limited,  on behalf of managed funds, now holds in aggregate 45,467,039 common shares of no par  value
in the Company. This holding represents approximately 14.97% of the voting rights of the Company.
