                   Announcement of New Franchise Agreements                    

Faces Cosmetics the Canadian branded cosmetics, skin care and anti-aging
products business, which was admitted to trading on AIM in September 2006,
announces the signing of two new franchise agreements.

US

The US sales efforts continue to progress well and the Board is pleased to
announce the sale of an additional franchise in the Dallas area to an existing
franchisee. It is anticipated that the new store will open in early 2008.

Canada

In line with Company's strategy to expand its branded cosmetics and skin-care
business through expansion of its franchise model, the Directors' are pleased
to announce the completion of a further Group-owned retail location in Toronto,
Canada to a new franchisee.

The Company will receive the immediate benefit of initial signing fees from
these two new franchises.
