Exercise of Sharesave options
The Company announces that on 3 July 2023 share options were
exercised over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company to
persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") and persons
closely associated ("PCA") pursuant to the Gamma Savings Related
Share Option Scheme 2016 (the "Scheme"). The exercise price was
800p.
The Scheme was offered to all those who were UK employees on 31
January 2020. It enables the employee to save for three years, then
to use the proceeds to exercise share options, such exercise
needing to take place within a six-month window.
