Further to the Company's announcement of 21 April 2009, which provided details 
of the proposed cancellation of admission of GMO's shares to trading on AIM 
which was expected to take effect on 21 May 2009, it is in fact expected that 
cancellation of trading will instead take place at 7am on Friday 29 May 2009. 
Cancellation of admission is subject to shareholder approval being received at 
the Company's extraordinary general meeting intended to be held on 20 May 2009.
