Haleon plc: Total Voting Rights and Capital

3 February 2025: As at 31 January 2025 the total number of shares issued by Haleon plc ("Haleon" or the "Company") is 9,083,725,919 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, of which 29,580,205 are held as treasury shares.

Therefore, the number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 9,054,145,714 and this figure should be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
