INTERNATIONAL GREETINGS PLC (the "Company")

Issue of New Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that it has today applied for 12,195 new
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These shares
were issued as part consideration for the acquisition by the
Company of the minority interest in its subsidiary, Gift Design
Limited, not already owned by the Company.

Dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at
8.30 a.m. on Monday 30 March.
