Update on the Retail
Offer
On 30 September 2024, Mulberry Group
plc (AIM: MUL) (the "Company" or "Mulberry") announced the full terms of
a conditional retail offer open to eligible Mulberry
shareholders for up to 750,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each
in the capital of the Company (the "Retail Offer Shares") at a price of 100
pence per Retail Share (the "Issue
Price") via RetailBook (the "Retail Offer").
Mulberry today announces that the
Retail Offer closed at 4.30 p.m. on 4 October 2024 and that valid
applications under the Retail Offer were received for 392,013
Retail Offer Shares.
Application has been made for the 392,013
Retail Shares issued pursuant to the Retail Offer to be admitted to
trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc
("AIM") ("Admission"). Admission is expected to
take place at 8.00 a.m. on 9 October 2024.
The Retail Offer, together with the previously
announced subscriptions of new shares by Challice Limited and
Frasers Group plc, has raised gross proceeds of approximately £10.4
million.
In accordance with the Financial
Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the
"DTRs"), following
Admission, Mulberry's issued share capital will be 70,469,471
Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in
Mulberry will be 70,469,471 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be
used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Mulberry
under the DTRs.
