Proposed cancellation of admission to trading

Following shareholder discussions, the Board of Nimrod Sea Assets Limited (the "Company"), a Guernsey-domiciled company with registered number 55718, has resolved to cancel the admission of the Company's shares (ISIN GG00BK0SC854) to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The purpose of the delisting is to reduce annual fixed running costs significantly and to enable the Company to pursue more effectively the Company's strategic options, as previously announced. The Company will, following delisting, look to return surplus capital to shareholders.

It is expected that the cancellation will take effect from 7.00 a.m. on 11 April, 2017.
