            Omega International Group PLC ("Omega" or "the Company")

                                  BOARD CHANGE

The Board of Omega announces that Martin Levitt has decided to take early
retirement and will be stepping down from the Company on 30 June 2007 in order
to pursue other, personal interests. This six month transition will allow for an
orderly handover of his responsibilities.

Commenting on the decision, Bob Murray, Chairman of Omega, said
"Martin has made a huge contribution to the development of Omega since 1995 when
he joined the Company and to its' flotation in 2004. We all wish him well for
the future."
