                     APPOINTMENT OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Omega International Group PLC, a leading UK manufacturer of branded kitchen
furniture, is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Walker, ACA as a Non
Executive Director.

Peter, 35, was appointed Chief Executive of Sunderland Association Football Club
and Sunderland PLC in 2004 prior to which he was Finance Director with
responsibility for the accounting function, treasury and investor relations. He
had previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers
prior to joining Arriva PLC.

There are no other disclosures required in relation to Peter Walker under
Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM rules.
