The Company announces that on 18 August 2009 it entered into a letter of intent 
with Savanna Group Holdings Limited for the sale of all of the shares in 
Panceltica Qatar Limited, a Jersey incorporated entity that is the holding 
company of Scottsdale Construction Systems Limited ("the Scottsdale Group") (the 
New Zealand based manufacturer of steel roll forming machines purchased in 
2008). The Company will announce further updates as appropriate.
