Grant of Options


Pubs 'n' Bars PLC ("Pubs 'n' Bars" or the "Company") announces that at a meeting
of the Board of Directors on Friday 6 October 2006 it resolved to grant 100,000
share options to certain employees exercisable from 6 October 2009 until 5
October 2016 at a price of 47 pence per share (90,000 of which were granted from
the Unapproved scheme with the remainder being granted from the Approved
Scheme).


Within this grant Mr Siva Namasivayam, Finance Director, was granted 90,000
shares under the Unapproved Scheme. The aggregate number of options over shares
held by Mr Namasivayam is now 184,720.
