                                PREMIUM TRUST plc
                             Third interim dividend
                                        
The directors have declared a third interim dividend of 1.25p per income share,
payable on 31 July 2006 to shareholders on the register on 14 July 2006.  This
makes a total of 3.75p per income share for the financial year to date,
unchanged on last year.  The current intention is still to declare dividends of
not less than 5.25p per income share for the full year, which would also be
unchanged from last year.
