                      AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY'S BANKERS

Further to the Company's announcement on 30 July 2002 regarding the conclusion
of its negotiations with its banks, the Company today announces that the
arrangements agreed to with its banks have been formalised and are now
effective.

It is the intention of the Company to try and agree a longer term restructuring
solution against a more stable market environment in 12 months time or earlier
should conditions permit.
