Mr APM Lamb, a director of the Company, has subscribed for 317 Ordinary Shares
as part of the allotment of shares, announced on 22 April 2005, under the terms
of the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme. Following this allotment, his
interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company will be 20,984 Ordinary
Shares.
