The board of directors (the "Board") of RCG Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company's Bermuda principal share registrar and transfer agent, Butterfield Fulcrum Group (Bermuda) Limited, having its office address at 26 Burnaby Street, Hamilton HM11, Bermuda, has changed its name to MUFG Fund Services (Bermuda) Limited with effect from 30 September 2013.
