The Company announces that on 22 January 2024 it purchased, for immediate cancellation, 47,000 of its ordinary 2p shares at a price per share of 127.5p.

Following the above purchase and cancellation, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 39,516,133.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 22 January 2024 is 39,516,133.
