the following mergers to the Competition Commission under the provisions of the
Enterprise Act 2002


Completed acquisition by Brake Bros Limited of the wholesale distribution
business of Peter's Food Service Limited


Anticipated acquisition by AquaInvest Acquisitions Limited of South
Staffordshire PLC
