Steppe Cement Ltd wishes to inform that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Suite 10.1, 10(th) Floor, West Wing, Rohas Perkasa, 8 Jalan Perak, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Wednesday, 12th July 2023 at 4.00 p.m.

The resolutions for the meeting will be:

Adoption Of Audited Financial Statements For The Financial Year Ended 31 December 2022

To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for year ended 31 December 2022.

Resolution 2

Re-Election Of Directors

To re-elect the following directors who offered themselves for re-election:

2.4 Wan Affan Azam Bin Wan Azmi
