 Offer for subscription of new ordinary shares to raise up to #12,000,000 ("the
                                    Offer")

Sitka Health Fund VCT plc ("the Company") announces an allotment of 2,386,419
new ordinary shares pursuant to the Offer on 5th April 2007. The Offer price at
which the new ordinary shares were allotted was 93.97p per share, calculated
from the NAV of an ordinary share on 4th April 2007, divided by 0.95 (to allow
for costs of the Offer of 5 per cent).

Following the allotment, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 18,878,250.
Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 11th April 2007.
CREST accounts are expected to be credited within five business days of
allotment and definitive documents of title are expected to be dispatched within
ten business days of allotment.
