Sportsworld Media Group plc ("Sportsworld" or the "Company")


Operational Review Update


Further to the announcement on 13 February 2002, the Board is considering
strategic options for the Company's future which may lead to the sale of the
Company or significant parts of its business and has received indications of
interest from various parties. The Company's principal bankers have confirmed
the availability of short term facilities to allow the Company to pursue this
strategy.

A further update will be provided in due course.  It is intended that the
Company's interim results will be announced on or before 28 March 2002.
