Consultation with Shareholders prior to AGM in July 2010 
 
Following  an  initial  consultation  with  certain  of  the  Company's  largest 
shareholders,  the  Board  of  the  Company  has  asked the Company's investment 
manager  and corporate broker to consult further with shareholders on the future 
direction  of  the  Company.   Following  the  completion  of  this consultation 
process,  and depending  on the  feedback received  from shareholders, the Board 
will  consider whether  to present  proposals for  any form  of corporate action 
(which could include a re-structuring) in respect of the Company to shareholders 
at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. 
 
It  is intended that the  Annual General Meeting will  be held in July this year 
and  that the notice of the Annual  General Meeting will include notification of 
the  outcome  of  the  consultation  process  and, if applicable, details of any 
proposals.    The  notice  of  the  Annual  General  Meeting  will  be  sent  to 
shareholders no later than 16 June 2010.
