Requisition Notice
ValiRx plc (the "Company") (AIM:
VAL), a life sciences company focusing on early-stage cancer
therapeutics and women's health, announces that, further to the
announcement of 9 February 2024, the Company has now received legal
advice regarding the validity of the requisition notice it
received, which notice has been confirmed as invalid. The
requisitioning shareholders have been informed and shareholders are
advised to take no action at this time.
The information contained within this
announcement is deemed by the Company to constitute inside
information as stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulations (EU)
No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK Domestic Law by virtue of the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("UK MAR"). The Directors of
