PDMR/Shareholding Announcement
This announcement confirms that
Browning West LP a person closely associated ("PCA") with Usman Nabi, Non-Executive
Director of the Company have purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of
50p each in the Company ("Shares") for a total gross sum of
£3,687,412. Browning West LP is an independent investment
partnership based in Los Angeles, California and
currently the Company's largest shareholder of which Usman is
Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer.
The Company makes the below
