                        WHAM Energy plc (the "Company")

                               Additional Listing

The Company announces that application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to trading
on AIM.

These shares were issued as discretionary bonuses to employees on 25 April 2007.
The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares in the Company. It is expected that dealings will commence on 25 July
2007.
