Dividend
Declaration
The Company has declared a fourth
interim dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2024 of
1.60 pence per ordinary share, payable on 26 July 2024 to
shareholders on the register on 5 July 2024. The ex-dividend date
will be 4 July 2024.
The Company would like to provide
shareholders with advance notice that the fourth interim dividend
for the year ending 31 March 2024 will be the final dividend where
the option to receive a cheque is available. All future dividend
payments to shareholders will only be made by electronic means. The
Company's registrar will no longer be issuing payments by cheque.
Shareholders will therefore need to register a mandate to enable
payments of dividends direct to their bank. Future dividend
confirmations will be available on the shareholder's Share
Portal
