FEI Company (NASDAQ:FEIC) announced that its board of directors has approved payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock.  The dividend will be paid on July 20, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 7, 2016.

The timing and amounts of future dividends are subject to determination and approval by FEI's board.
