The 2024 annual meeting of shareholders of OptimumBank Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 30, 2024. There were a total of 9,634,821 shares of common stock outstanding as of the record date for the annual meeting, of which 7,355,282 were present in person or by proxy at the meeting, representing 76.34% of the outstanding shares eligible to vote.
