Liquid Media Group Ltd. (the “Company,” “Liquid Media” or “Liquid”) (NASDAQ: YVR), a business solutions company empowering independent producers and content creators from inception through monetization, announces that today it convened and then adjourned, without conducting any other business, the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Meeting”) to provide additional time for the collection and tabulation of proxies. The Meeting was adjourned until 10:00 am Pacific time on May 24, 2022. All shareholders of record as at April 1, 2022 remain entitled to vote their shares at the Meeting. The location of the adjourned Meeting is unchanged.
