Ford Motor said it will discuss the company's latest agreements for battery raw materials, among other factors at its event starting at 8:00 a.m. ET on Monday.

The automaker said Lisa Drake, vice president of electric vehicle industrialization at Ford's EV-focused unit, will introduce the agreements. The company has said it plans to produce at least 2 million EVs annually by 2026.

The company is also expected to lay out how it plans to achieve multi-year financial targets.

Ford backed its 2023 expectations for adjusted earnings before interest and taxes of $9 billion to $11 billion and adjusted free cash flow of about $6 billion.

Shares rose about 0.8% to $11.74 in premarket trading.
