The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:

 

Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, S&P Global Ratings has affirmed ICICI Bank’s rating and revised its outlook at “BBB-/positive/A-3” from “BBB-/Stable/A-3”. The Bank’s stand-alone credit profile was revised upwards from 'BBB' to 'BBB+'.
