ArcelorMittal announces that it has filed its Form 20-F Annual
Report for 2011 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC) on 21 February 2012 and that the document is now available on
ArcelorMittal's website www.arcelormittal.com under

ArcelorMittal will send a hard copy of the Form 20-F Annual
Report for 2011, which includes the audited financial statements,
to shareholders free of charge upon request. Requests should be
